Baseline evaluation is done, the results are in.

Schools have been identified. Discussions have taken place in the communities, with the ministry of education, the teachers, the parents, the director. Agreements have been made, and contracts have been signed. Equipment has been handed off.

Now the next essential activity was just completed is the baseline evaluation. This is essential, so that we can measure the impact that the project is having. Our Evaluation consultant Lourdes just finished her work, and here are the numbers!

All the evaluations were done virtually, either on Zoom, on WhatSApp or on the phone.

We have the biggest cohort ever, with 70 teachers in the program this year

The cohort has a higher percentage of female teachers this year

A strong starting score : teachers this year, know more about technology than previous years
