Title: Co-Executive Director
Status: Part-Time (20h), salaried, nonexempt
Compensation: starting at $35,000 depending on qualifications

TINFA (Technology and Information for All) is a Northwest-based non-profit organization committed to empowering teachers to provide 21st-century skills to students in rural areas of developing countries. About the Position:
TINFA is seeking a collaborative, strategic, and charismatic leader to co-direct the organization, working closely with the board and the other co-executive director (founder of the organization).
Building on a successful decade of growth and measurable impact, TINFA has a vision of replicating its successful program in different parts of the world and growing its impact in both breadth and depth. The co-executive director will directly manage the communication and fundraising of the organization, with a focus on expanding the organization's donor base. The director will co-manage, along with the other co-executive director, the strategic direction, the interface with the board, the administration and finance of the organization. The other co-executive director oversees programs and evaluations.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising plan, including managing two online campaigns and an in-person gala, with a strong focus on expanding TINFA’s donor base.
Find and engage channels of new donors.
Manage and enhance positive relationships with new donors, existing donors, sponsors, and partners.
Work with the board and other co-executive director to define and implement the organization's strategic plan.
Manage the communication and marketing activities to support fundraising and engagement goals.
Recruit, train and supervise Interns and volunteers as needed.
Collaborate with the other co-executive director to ensure alignment between programmatic activities and fundraising goals.
Prepare and present reports to the board regarding fundraising, financial performance, and other operational matters
Perform admin tasks (ex: bookkeeping, 941s, 990, monthly, quarterly and annual state/federal reports, etc…) as necessary.
Manage a CRM system and other technology tools to support fundraising, communications, and Admin activities.
Speak publicly and represent TINFA at external events as needed.
Other duties as necessary.
Qualifications:
Deep development and fundraising experience with at least 4 years of experience and a successful track record.
Excellent internal and external communication skills, with experience as a collaborative and inclusive team leader.
Strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking ability.
Experience with CRM management tools, MS Teams, Canva, and other technology tools.
Roll-up-your-sleeve attitude, willingness to take initiative, and ability to work independently and remotely.
Works remotely, with own space and equipment.
Availability to work on Tuesdays and Wednesdays with flexible hours otherwise.
Ability to meet in person on a regular basis in Seattle.
Experience in grant writing in the field of international development (preferred).
Proficiency in Spanish (preferred).
